I eat pretty much the same type of food since January. I have decided to commit to a serious routine in order to loose weight and get my body in shape. I can say that I have dropped my weight very fast and I am on my way on defining my body working out. I am not where I want to be, and there's still a long way to go.
The first 4 weeks of January I started eating better and nutritious food, I had dropped 20 Lbs (10kilos) by first week of Feb., One
